"The Miracle Moves On!"

As of February 9, 2009, the laying of the foundation for phase I has begun!  To God be the glory! We know that the spiritual foundation of faith was poured many months ago when God's spirit encouraged so many of us to become active supporters of the "Miracle In Motion" building campaign.   

I thank God for your consistent support of the church's vision for the new millennium.  To date, we have raised about 60% of our total pledged funds!  We are headed towards the finishing line for phase I and we just can't afford to slow down now!

The church needs all of those who gave in 2008 to continue to support Miracle In Motion in 2009 at or above the amount you contributed in 2008.  If you were not an active participant we are asking that you would join the miracle in motion by officially coming on board as a miracle partner.  You may do so by filling out a Miracle In Motion card on the information table in the lobby area or from the Sunday information table in the sanctuary after morning services.

Fund Strategies

 We ask that you will support Miracle In Motion 2009 by participating in the following:

1. PLEDGE GROUPS: Provide a direct means for Miracle In Motion partners to contributed regularly towards their pledged amounts

2.  PROGRAM EFFORTS: Throughout the endeavor we will sponsor various programs and events to help raise money for the Miracle In Motion efforts.

3. SALES: From time to time, the church will provide opportunities to support Miracle In Motion through various purchases of dinners, holiday items, special ticketed events, etc.

4.  VOLUNTEER EFFORTS: Literally thousands of dollars can be saved simply by members volunteering to help out in various ways.  We recently saved over $5000.00 when volunteers seeded the detention pond area.  If you would like to receive information for volunteering please contact the church's business office at (618) 394-8901 during regular business hours.

When making financial contributions please use the Miracle In Motion envelopes.  ALL contributions go towards your pledged amount.

Volunteers

The ministry is in need of volunteer to staff the vendor tables at the Scott Trade Center in St. Louis.  Your efforts will help to generate needed funds to purchase "up-grades" for the phase I construction.  Please contact the church for more information or see the ministry representative at the information table in the sanctuary after Sunday services.
